The Gulf Coast supports migratory birds from all across America, and its natural resources support millions of jobs throughout the nation. Congress continues to inch closer to providing much-needed resources to restore the Gulf. Now is the time to push this legislation to the finish line. The RESTORE Act would dedicate billions of dollars in penalties paid by BP and other responsible parties to a massive effort to restore the Gulf.
